China Market Entry
Enter China with evidence, not fixed-cost assumptions.
A practical China market entry service for overseas manufacturers: validate buyer fit, route to market, positioning and next steps before committing major resources.
The manufacturer’s problem
Reduce uncertainty before increasing commitment
Market entry fails when decisions about an entity, inventory, hiring or distributors are made before buyer evidence exists. We turn those assumptions into a focused commercial test.
How SellToCN executes
- Define the buyer and use-case hypotheses that matter
- Build and screen a first target-account universe
- Contact relevant technical, commercial and procurement decision-makers

Outcome definitions
What commercial progress means
These terms describe evidence and next steps. They do not promise orders.
- Target Account
- A company screened for plausible product fit and a credible use case or route to market—not a confirmed buyer.
- QCO
- A Qualified China Opportunity has credible fit, a relevant contact, substantive feedback showing need or interest, and an agreed next step. The pilot’s 3–8 QCO figure is an effort target, not a guarantee.
- Meeting
- A scheduled commercial or technical discussion with relevant stakeholders and a defined purpose.
- Sample
- A buyer-agreed evaluation step with intended application, responsible contact and follow-up point recorded.
- RFQ
- A request containing enough scope for a meaningful quotation; it is not an order.
- Distributor Discussion
- A substantive channel-fit conversation covering market, capability and next steps—not a directory listing.
